Official Announcement: Wessex Truck Show 2025 Cancellation
After much consideration and many hours of hard work, we have made the incredibly difficult decision to cancel this year’s Wessex Truck Show.
Unfortunately, 2025 has seen a significant decline in truck entries, trade stand bookings, and public ticket sales. Combined with the unexpected loss of a major sponsor, we are no longer in a financial position to deliver an event that meets the standards and spirit of the Wessex Truck Show.
We understand how disappointing this news is for our loyal supporters, exhibitors, and attendees. Please rest assured that full refunds will be issued for all ticket purchases, camping bookings, and trade stand reservations. We kindly ask for your patience as our team works through this process.
While this may mark the end of the Wessex Truck Show as we know it, we remain committed to our community and are excited to continue with our other charity event, The Wessex Truck Gathering, scheduled for March 2026 in Frome.
We are deeply grateful for your unwavering support over the years. The Wessex Truck Show has brought joy to thousands and raised vital funds for many deserving charities. For that, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Why has the 2025 Wessex Truck Show been cancelled?
Due to a significant drop in truck entries, trade stand bookings, and public ticket sales—alongside the loss of a major sponsor—we are unable to deliver the high-quality event that our attendees expects and deserves.
Will I receive a refund for my ticket, truck entry, camping, or trade stand booking?
Yes. We are issuing full refunds for all ticket holders, camping reservations, and trade stand bookings. Please bear with us as we process these refunds—this may take some time, but we are committed to ensuring everyone is reimbursed.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at the time of booking. If you have any issues or need to update your payment details, please contact us at gabi@wessextruckshow.com.
Do I need to request a refund, or will it be automatic?
Refunds will be processed automatically. However, if you haven’t received your refund by Monday 30th June, please reach out to us directly.
Is the Wessex Truck Show gone for good?
While this may be the final Wessex Truck Show in its current form, we remain committed to our community and will continue to support the trucking world through other events.
Will there be any other events in the future?
Yes! We are excited to confirm that The Wessex Truck Gathering will go ahead in Frome, March 2026. More details will be announced soon.
